that can sometimes happen when you have a giant long tag list...here's what you can do if you want to avoid it: scroll to the bottom and under "tag options", see "use minimum" - choose "5". that'll limit the tag list to those tags used 5 or more times, which will cut down on the size and make it load faster. :)
